What does “publish‑ready” mean?
Every piece passes our 7‑point Quality Checklist: hook, one promise, visible proof, single CTA, clean format, platform fit, compliance. You’ll prepare text posts and reel scripts that meet this standard.
Will you teach reels?
Yes. You will have access to a pre-recorded training. I will also give you script cards, storyboards, and filming cues. Filming is optional—scripts are included. We focus on clear CTAs that tell what to do, how, when, what they get, and what happens next.
Why do we create content on the call vs later?
We create live on the weekly Co-Lab call so you leave with output the very same day.
What’s the action‑based guarantee exactly?
If you attend the weekly Co-Lab call, submit 5-7 outlines 24h early, use our templates, you’ll leave weekly with 5+ publish‑ready text posts. If you work diligently, you may have the time to complete any reels you create, too. If not, I’ll coach you during our "Perfect Post" office hour until you do, within the 12 Content Creation weeks.
What if I miss a session?
Replays will be posted. The guarantee applies only in weeks you meet eligibility steps (attendance + pre‑work submitted 24H in advance)
Is there 1:1 help?
Everyone gets hot‑seat reviews in either the Co-Lab session or the "Perfect Post" Office Hour.
Is this compliant for alternative health products/companies?
Yes—no medical/income claims. You will master how to sell sell routines, sensations, and behaviors.
Who is this NOT for?
This is for action takers. It's NOT for dabblers, “watch‑later” buyers, or anyone wanting done-for-you services. If you won’t attend (watch replays) or submit pre‑work, this isn’t for you.
Time commitment per week?
2‑hour weekly Co-Lab session + time to prep and submit 5-7 outlines 24H in advance + optional "Perfect Post" Office Hour + optional Co-Working hours if needed. The Co-Working session on Tuesday is designed to help you get all of your content finished before the weekly deadline. Most participants will be able to complete text drafts of all weekly posts in‑session. Some will even be able to prepare any/all reels during that time, too.
How many seats? What if it sells out?
20 seats. First come, first served. We’ll waitlist once full and notify if a spot opens, with the possibility of adding a new Co-Lab Cohort if there's enough interest to fill another.
Payment options?
$1,800 pay‑in‑full. Installments via Klarna/Affirm may be available at checkout for as low as $86/mo.
How long do I keep assets?
Templates, scripts, checklists: lifetime access. Replays/community: for the cohort term.
Support between sessions?
Inside community threads (not DMs).
Refunds?
You can expect that this cohort will challenge you. It is designed to push you past your comfort zone. Producing content being "too difficult" is not a valid reason for a refund. We use a conditional service guarantee tied to actions instead of blanket refunds. If you meet the requirements, attend all sessions + make use of the "Perfect Post" Office Hours + use our templates and still do not produce 5 ready-to-post text posts a week then a prorated refund may be applied for the remainder of your program if paid in full without the use of Klarna or Affirm. If you choose payment options, you are responsible to complete payments within the terms you've chosen. Bottom line: Make the commitment to join, embrace the challenge and make a personal commitment to complete the cohort.
